the Single Stem project
an option for those who’d like a full stem flower tattoo, but aren’t sure which one to choose.
✷ on the day, we’ll walk to a florist located near the studio
✷ you choose a flower
✷ I’ll tattoo the full bloom on you (you’re welcome to take it home afterwards!)
pieces will need to be between 15-25cm and will cost £200-250 depending on complexity of the flower.
the Still Life project
inspired by Japanese ikebana, a project for those open to large scale work, creative collaboration and spontaneous inspiration. My motivation is to capture the transient nature of flowers and the art of floral design.
✷ Local floral designer Kate Vartan (@giverofroses) will create an arrangement using seasonal blooms - I’ll be able to give clients an idea of which flowers will be available, in advance. The arrangement will be on view in the studio.
✷ On the day of the session, I’ll draw the piece directly on to the client to create a large scale tattoo. Ideal placements would be back, upper arm, thigh or chest.
✷ Depending on size, the pieces will be drawn and lined in one day session, completed in a shorter follow up session.
✷ Initial day sessions will cost £500, with follow up time at £80 per hour.
The still life project will be limited to one client per month.
