Deposit Instructions
Non-refundable deposits are required to secure every booking. The amount is deducted from the cost at the end of your appointment, or from the final session if it is a large, multi-session piece.
Please pay your deposit within two days of being offered a date. If I don’t receive a deposit/follow-up email during that time, the appointment reservation will expire.
Deposits for a standard appointment are £60.
Deposits for day sessions are £100.
How to pay:
I take deposits via Paypal. Please use the ‘Friends and Family’ option and include your name and the date of your appointment in the notes. You can use someone else’s paypal account if necessary, as long as those notes are included.

Once your deposit is received I will send a booking confirmation.
Rescheduling or cancelling your appointment
Please give me at least 14 days notice to reschedule and your deposit will transfer to a new appointment.
If you reschedule less than 14 days in advance, your current deposit will be lost, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new slot.
Deposits are only valid if the appointment is rescheduled to a new date. I’m unable to hold a deposit indefinitely; an appointment that is not rescheduled is by default cancelled.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know in advance. If it’s the day of the appointment, I’d still appreciate an email.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
